Energy Audit

What is included:

Production of an Energy Audit Report within two weeks of an initial video meeting or site visit.  The report will cover all heating and cooling systems, the building fabric, domestic hot water production and any other internal processes that affects the energy usage of the building i.e. industrial processes.  Our work will include the creation of a thermal model within our software for calculations purposes.

The report will contain:

1. Costed options for improvements to the building fabric.
2. Costed options for improvements to existing domestic hot water, heating and cooling systems.
3. Costed options for new domestic hot water, heating and cooling systems and any renewable energy production system such as Solar PV or Air Source Heat Pump.
4. Executive summary of recommendations for the above options.

What we require:

We will require, previous heating bills, building layout drawings and technical information of existing systems prior to our work starting.

Scope:

The report will cover, single buildings up to 2,000 meter square or collective sites (a number of buildings) up to a total area of 2,000 meter square.  We do not cover buildings or sites outside the UK.  Site visit costs are additional and to be agreed prior to the site visit.
