Heating System Review

What is included:

Production of a Heating System Review within two-weeks of a client video meeting or site visit covering heating and cooling systems within the building.  We will require, previous heating bills, building layout drawings and technical information of existing systems. Exclusions a) single buildings over 1,000 meter square b) sites over 10,000 meter square c) sites overseas.  Site visit costs are additional and to be agreed prior to the site visit.

The Review output will be:

1. Summary of existing systems
2. Recommendations for improvements that will reduce the carbon footprint, save energy and thus reduce running costs. Where required this will look at up to 5 client requested options.
3. Summary of the options showing outline capital and running costs.

What we require:

We will require, previous heating bills, site layout drawings and technical information of existing electrical and mechanical systems.

Scope:

The report will cover, single buildings up to 2,000 meter square or collective sites (a number of buildings) up to a total area of 2,000 meter square.  We do not cover buildings or sites outside the UK.  Site visit costs are additional and to be agreed prior to the site visit.
